As a Business Operations Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to senior management and collaborate closely with various departments to align business objectives with operational processes and execution. Your primary focus will be to lead and oversee operational initiatives, enhance operational efficiency, drive performance improvements, facilitate change management initiatives, and foster a culture of operational excellence throughout the organization. Ultimately, ensuring all business functions are in line with Entertainment Partner’s strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Strategic Alignment & Leadership: Support annual goal-setting process. Work with business owners to outline staffing requirements and develop action plans to close gaps in performance targets. Propose corrective actions based on data-driven insights and resource planning models to close operational gaps.
- Operational Excellence: Create business cases articulating the compelling rationale for a proposed business initiative, detailing benefits and strategic alignment. Analyze existing operational processes, lead and/or coordinate efforts to optimize operational processes, streamline workflows, identify areas for improvement, and enhance efficiency across all organization functions.
- Business Insights: Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations and influence decision-making on operational improvements. Utilize data analytics and insights to identify trends, and proactively address operational challenges. Utilize capacity models to forecast and plan staffing levels, considering future business volumes and staff throughput levels. Coach and/or mentor leaders to create a data-driven culture.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with different COEs to ensure operational alignment and support the implementation of business initiatives. Align operational strategies, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive unified business outcomes.
- Change Management: Lead and/or coordinate organizational change efforts by effectively communicating changes, guiding teams through transitions, and fostering a culture of agility and resilience.
- Performance Monitoring: Define and implement metrics to monitor operational performance, identify trends, proactively address issues, track progress against goals, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Project Management: Manage complex, cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines are met, objectives are achieved, and quality standards are met.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance, project status, and key initiatives to stakeholders and senior management. JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED
- 10+ years of relevant experience in operations, project/program management, process re-engineering, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- Experience working with business intelligence applications (Qlik, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.)
- Comprehensive applied knowledge and expertise, gained at a professional level, in all aspects of the area of focus applicable to the specified role.
- Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, interpret operational needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals and constituencies in a diverse community.
- Strong knowledge in operations planning and analysis.
- Proficient PC skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and SharePoint). Intermediate MS Excel skills required.
- Strong qualitative and quantitative skills.
- Strong self-initiative and ability to manage and prioritize multiple assignments/projects to deliver commitments on time.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (excellent quality of deliverables).
- Ability to grasp new concepts, problem solve, and derive root causes through analytics.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and fast fast-paced and rapid changing environment

The salary range for this position is $125,000 to $140,000 and will be commensurate with experience related to the position.
